There is a possibility of assistance for hospitality businesses in Allegheny County which need a boost.
The county announced Monday that applications for CHIRP – the state grant program for the hospitality industry – would open at noon on Monday, March 15.
Grants range from $ 5,000 to $ 50,000.
“The hospitality industry is the sector of our economy that has probably been hit the hardest by the pandemic,” County Director Rich Fitzgerald said.
