Huge Foxconn factory in Vietnam could crank out MacBooks, iPads

Foxconn is creating a $270 million manufacturing unit in Vietnam, probably in reaction to Apple’s drive to transfer some iPad and MacBook output out of China.

The plant will unquestionably be for laptops and tablets, and will produce up to 8 million models a yr, in accordance to Reuters.
