WINCHESTER – The new Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, which requires only one vaccine, debuted Friday at the vaccination clinic at the James R. Wilkins Jr. Athletics & Events Center at Shenandoah University.
About 1,500 Johnson & Johnson injections were given at the clinic on Friday, which works in partnership with the Lord Fairfax Health District and Valley Health. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine was approved for emergency use by the United States Food and Drug Administration a week ago.
