KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – The Knox County Board of Health voted on Wednesday to extend restrictions on COVID-19. They have also extended the time that businesses can stay open, pushing back the alcohol curfew to midnight.
The change takes effect Thursday evening. It passed with a 9-1 vote, and Dr. Drake voted against it.
The alcohol curfew will expire on March 18, unless the board decides to extend it again at its next meeting.
