MADISON (WKOW) – Resisting the pandemic hasn’t been easy for Bierock owner Brian Carriveau, but he said looser restrictions on restaurants amid Dane County’s latest emergency order would help.
“After spending almost a year with restrictions in place, it’s good to finally get to a point where we can start to relax a bit,” he said.
A handful of customers were at the restaurant Tuesday afternoon, but Carriveau said he hopes business will start to pick up soon.
“I think that will slowly change over time,” he said. “You know, it’s not like a switch is going to change and all of a sudden people are going to rush in here.”
However, he said that news vaccines being more widely available is promising.
