MINSTER – The Minster Bank has announced the appointment of Clifton R. Perryman as Chief Financial Officer, with Ken Wuebker having retired from that leadership position.
Perryman started in January 2020 as Controller and rose to CFO in the past year. As Chief Financial Officer, Perryman is responsible for leading the company’s fiscal operating results, which include treasury, finance and control.
