Miron to Lease Space in Green Bay Packers Titletown District Office Building


“After serving as the construction manager on the project, we are thrilled to officially put down roots in Green Bay,” said John Murphy, Miron’s senior vice president of Green Bay operations. “We look forward to operating from our new space as it will allow us to better serve our clients from a state-of-the-art facility in a convenient location.” Miron announced its plans two weeks after Breakthrough, a Green Bay-based company that helps shippers reduce fuel use and transportation costs, would lease all of the building’s fourth floor and part of the fifth floor. 

The 150,000-square-foot building will consist of five floors of commercial office space, a first-floor lobby and a sixth floor dedicated to meeting and event space for building tenants.   The company said it leased space in the Titletown Office building to showcase current construction materials and for the opportunity to be in the district it helped build.

Opening a Green Bay area office makes sense for Miron. It has partnered with the Green Bay Packers on construction of Ariens Hill, the Titletown Office building, the underground parking facility the office building and an adjacent apartment building sit upon. The company also worked on the $93 million Resch Expo east of Lambeau Field, Bellin Health’s Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Clinic, United Healthcare’s new De Pere office building and Green Bay Packaging’s new $500 million mill. Commercial Horizons, based in Green Bay and Appleton, is developing the office building at a time when the Green Bay area has an office vacancy rate of about 10%, according to a commercial real estate market study NAI Pfefferle completed for the city of Green Bay in March.  RELATED:’Leap of faith’: Green Bay Packaging weeks away from turning on Wisconsin’s first new paper mill in decades

The Press-Gazette will update this story.  The region has about 1.2 million square feet of currently available space, but the bulk of it, about 900,000 square feet, can be found in three properties: The former United Healthcare office building in Howard, Wisconsin Public Service Corp.’s downtown Green Bay campus and the Shopko headquarters in Ashwaubenon.  More:For sale: WPS headquarters among 8 available Green Bay-area properties
