ASHEVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) – On Monday, Mission Health hospitals announced plans to ease visitation restrictions starting March 2.
According to Mission Health, hospitals will now allow two visitors per inpatient during normal visiting hours. Overnight patients can now have a visitor with them overnight. Outpatient surgery patients may have a visitor.
Mission Hospital ER will only allow one visitor with patients due to the high number of patients being looked after at all times.
Emergency patients at Angel Medical Center, Blue Ridge Regional Hospital, Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, Mission McDowell Hospital and Transylvania Regional Hospital can have two visitors with them, Mission says. Health.
