New book shows organizations how to integrate insights from behavioral science

Toronto – Every organization is ultimately in the realm of behavior change. Whether it is advocating for a social cause, building customer loyalty or providing government services, behavior change is essential to the success of the organization. Even so, most groups do not have a clear roadmap for integrating behavioral science knowledge into their operations. To meet this need, professors Dilip Soman and Catherine Yeung have co-edited an anthology, The Behavioral Informed Organization, which provides a comprehensive framework for using behavioral information (BI) to drive better results, improve overall efficiency, and engage stakeholders.
