An Atlanta-based industrial developer is working on a new business park in southern Fort Worth.
IDI Logistics is planning a two-building warehouse and distribution complex near Everman Parkway and Interstate 35W, south of Interstate 20.
The South Fort Worth Commerce Center is planned with nearly 375,000 square feet of space, according to planning documents filed with the state.
The more than $ 14 million project is expected to start at the start of this year.
Macgregor Associates Architects of Atlanta designed the project.
IDI Logistics is already marketing the properties to potential tenants.
