Within a month of announcing the ChatGPT app for iOS in the US, OpenAI made the generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot app more widely available in India. The official ChatGPT app is free for everyone with an iPhone that can run it. It can give instant answers and find exact information about the past, whether it’s about geopolitics or the growth of a company over time. There won’t be any ads to get in the way.
Users of the ChatGPT app can ask for cooking recipes, get help planning a trip, or even get help writing a message to cheer up a loved one who has a fever or just failed at something. For professionals, ChatGPT can give feedback on software, summarize a long email, and help with technical topics, all of which can help you get more done.
ChatGPT can also help writers get over writer’s block by giving them a creative way to start or continue a series of events, give them ideas, or even help them write a poem. OpenAI has ChatGPT Plus subscriptions for people who want more services. It gives you access to GPT-4’s features first, lets you try out new features before anyone else, and speeds up response times.
ChatGPT for iOS is now available in more than 30 countries, including Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Estonia, Ghana, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lithuania, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Namibia, Nauru, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Slovenia, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates. ChatGPT is currently only available for iPhones, but OpenAI has promised that an Android version will be out soon.
