Governor Ron DeSantis on Friday signed an executive order allowing pharmacies like Publix and Walmart to give a chance to those suffering from underlying conditions.
Lisa Nejjar and her daughter both have underlying health issues.
“I could use a vaccine so I wouldn’t have to worry about COVID attacking my body above my own body by attacking itself,” Nejjar said.
Nejjar, and many people across Florida with underlying health conditions, can now get the shot at a drugstore or doctor’s office.
