SALT LAKE CITY – Salt Lake County Health Department again apologizes for yet another issue related to its COVID-19 vaccination program.
On Wednesday morning, tens of thousands of people simultaneously attempted to load the vaccine registration form from the site Web, and the site Web was not able to handle the request.
Late Wednesday evening, the health department reported mistakenly sending cancellation notices to people expected to receive vaccinations in late February. No scheduled vaccination events have been canceled and those who have received cancellation notices will receive corrections.
