Scientists Find 10,000-Year-Old Domesticated Dog DNA

A crew of scientists, led by experts at the College of Buffalo, has introduced the discovery of the oldest-ever domesticated pet dog DNA from the Americas. The researchers uncovered the DNA in a tiny piece of bone unearthed in Alaska, and say it belongs to a 10,150-year-aged canine 1 that has Siberian ancestors, and sheds mild on how folks first traveled to the New Globe.
