LITTLE VILLAGE – A micro-grant program is helping Little Village businesses struggling with the pandemic.
The Little Village Community Foundation’s Road to Recovery program, funded by the McCormick Foundation, provides $ 1,000 to $ 3,000 to businesses in the Southwest Side neighborhood, said foundation director Kim Close.
Interested companies can learn more about the Road to Recovery program online or by texting “BECA” to 833-480-0339.
“A lot of businesses need this kind of assistance,” Close said. “They asked for grants and loans and they got nothing.”
