LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – 13 actions News and Chief Investigator Darcy Spears are still tracking possible actions after a McDonald’s employee allegedly spat into a Las Vegas customer’s frozen drink.
The incident happened on December 22. Cynthia Baer went to McDonald’s near Tropicana Avenue and Jones Boulevard to buy a treat for her children. She also ordered a French vanilla latte without icing sugar.

Baer says the employee cut her off and asked to speak to a supervisor. Later, as she drank her glass, she felt a “slimy and gelatinous texture” in her mouth.
She immediately reported the incident to McDonald’s and contacted 13 Action News and that’s where Spears became involved and reported the incident.
