Offensive Player of the Year: Liam Clifford, St. Xavier
The senior receiver was the Tri-Greater Catholic League South Player of the Year and GCL-South First Team with 72 receptions for 1,090 yards and 12 touchdowns for the Division I champion Bombers. Clifford is linked with Penn State and set the St. Xavier School record for individual season and career receptions. St. Xavier coach Steve Specht calls him the best receiver he’s ever coached.
Defensive Player of the Year: Dontay Corleone, Colerain
Corleone was the 2020 Greater Miami Conference Defensive Player of the Year in a league full of defensive talent. He was a three-time All-GMC player. Corleone has had eight sacks this season and has often commanded doubles and triples throughout the season.
