North Plainfield-based LMC said in a news release that the Burlington-based off-price retailer occupies a big-box space formerly filled by Sports Authority at the Mill Creek at Harmon Meadow center. “Off-price brands are among the strongest subsectors in retailing today,” Sidney Singer, vice president of leasing, said in a prepared statement. “Burlington is a quality addition to Mill Creek’s tenant lineup, which also includes Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx and Bob’s Discount Furniture.”
