Former guard Duquesne sincerely continues his transfer to Kent state

Less than a week after deciding to leave Duquesne, Sincere Carry has a new home of basketball.

Pittsburgh Sports Now has learned that Carry has decided to return to Ohio and will be relocated to Kent State.

Duquesne Basketball on Pittsburgh Sports Now is sponsored by the Summit Academy: Putting Young Men on the Path to a Better Tomorrow.

Carry is from Solon, Ohio and will join a Golden Flashes program that is currently 5-3 overall and 2-2 at the MAC conference. It is not yet clear whether Carry intends to sign up immediately or wait to join the Kent State squad for the start of next season.

Carry was the starting point goalie for Duquesne from day one with Keith Dambrot’s schedule and was an impact player in his first two seasons when he averaged 12.1 points, 5.8 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game as a rookie and 12.2 points, 5.3 assists. and 3.9 rebounds per game.
