He was hired as a receiver coach at LSU in 2017 and served as LSU’s legendary employee from 2019-20, guiding Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase to the national championship.

Nebraska hired Joseph in 2022 as a recording coach, pass game coordinator, and affiliated with head coach to improve Scott Frost’s offensive content. However, Frost was fired after starting 1-2 and Joseph took over as interim coach, leading the program to a 3-6 record. The show hasn’t earned a single ride since 2016.
