The final week of the NFL season usually includes a bunch of meaningless games, but not this year.
Of the 16 games played on Sunday, only four games did not have any playoff involvement, whether it was a team trying to join in the fun or a team playing for a seed. That’s it.
That’s why this season has to be seen as a success, aside from the fact that the league will be in all 256 games of a pandemic, which is truly amazing. Some hate parity, but that’s a good thing for meaningful late-season football.
