Five-time Olympic swimming medalist Klete Keller was accused on Wednesday of participating in a deadly riot on the U.S. Capitol after a video came out that appeared to show him among those who stormed the building last week.
An FBI complaint filed in United States District Court, citing screenshots from the video, requested a warrant accusing Keller of knowingly entering a restricted building to prevent official government function, disorderly conduct and obstruct law enforcement officials during the frightening ordeal.
It was not clear whether he had been taken into custody.
