Today in Sports History: Green Bay Packers win their second Super Bowl in 1968 |  Archives

2017 – Top-ranked UConn breaks his own NCAA record with his 91st straight win, scoring the first 21 points and beating SMU 88-48. Coach Geno Auriemma and the Huskies (16-0) surpass the record of 90 his team first achieved more than six years ago. The reigning four-time national champion Huskies has not lost a game since falling into overtime at Stanford, sixth, on Nov. 17, 2014.
