State Department of Health and Human Services Sends Medicaid Enrollment Packages, Launches New Resources

RALEIGH, NC (WITN) – The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has started mailing out statewide enrollment packages and launched new resources for beneficiaries.

NCDHHS is preparing for open enrollment in NC Medicaid Managed Care, which begins March 15, 2021.

DHHS leaders say beneficiaries can now call Medicaid enrollment call center to learn more more on Medicaid Managed Care and can download a free beneficiary enrollment mobile app.

They say the new tools and the site NC Medicaid registration web-based will help recipients choose a primary care provider (PCP) and health plan.
