STATEN ISLAND, NY – Pleasant Plains resident Leo Aquatico prepares to raise funds for a special cause: Michael’s cause. The PS 3 paraprofessional is planning an incredible race that will total 48 miles.
From From March 8-10, Aquatico will run four miles every four hours for a period of 48 hours for a total of 48 miles to help raise awareness of Michael’s cause and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He has already received over $ 2,000 in donations for his efforts.
