(Reuters) – UK-based video game developer Codemasters Group Holdings has accepted Take-Two Interactive Software Inc’s takeover offer for 485 pence per share, the US video game maker said on Tuesday.
The cash and stock offering, announced last week, gives the creator of Formula 1 games a net worth of around £ 759 million (roughly $ 1.00 billion). The deal is expected to be concluded in the first quarter of 2021.
