The annual event engages established and budding creative talent from across the country, aspiring to win the coveted trophy for their cutting-edge designs.
This year, Professor Dhimant Panchal, industrial designer and designer of fashion and lifestyle accessories, David Nordstrom Vice President, Asia-Pacific Division of Lexus, Unmesh Kulkarni, founding member of Oceanic Circle, Rashmi Korjan, founder of the first all-female product design in India The Design Concern company and co-founded Studio Korjan, fashion designer Anuj Sharma and Shibani Dasgupta, designer of lifestyle accessories and creator of Baaya Design. “The Lexus Design Award India provides an excellent platform for designers to showcase their work. Following the mentoring program, the 6 finalists in the Conceptual category will present their projects to the jury for evaluation. The final winners will then be announced along with the Established category winners at the Lexus Design Award India event in January 2021.
