Square Enix has announced that the first major Outriders patch will be released next week, with the goal of fixing a number of bugs, glitches, and performance issues. “We are doing our best to bring you a stable patch as soon as possible and are constantly looking for ways to bring forward the patch release day,” the post reads. “This is why we are not committing to a patch release date just yet, as we may be able to release the patch before that date.”
Square Enix went on to say that it will share a release date for the patch as soon as possible and encouraged players to stay tuned to the Outriders Twitter account for more updates.
Additionally, Square Enix announced that it will be awarding a free “thank you pack” to those who played (or attempted to play) Outriders during launch weekend. While the details are apparently still being worked out, the pack will be available to all players who played Outriders between March 31 and April 11 (UTC time zones), as well as those who played outside of that window but were violated. for an error that leads to an automatic recovery of inventory compensation.
The recognition pack gives the highest level player character a “level appropriate legendary weapon” and an “appropriate amount of titanium”, as well as the “Frustration” emote.
