BALTIMORE, Sept. 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — T. Rowe Price (NASDAQ-GS: TROW) has appointed Ramon Richards as its new chief technology officer. Richards, a seasoned technology executive, will lead the firm’s technology business solutions, technology services, and enterprise architecture functions.
