SAN ANTONIO – Health experts on the front lines of the pandemic are urging Texans to continue wearing masks and practicing social distancing, despite Governor Greg Abbott’s backtracking on COVID-19 restrictions.
Michael Almaleh, medical director of WellMed vaccination clinics and leading physicians of the COVID-19 task force for WellMed, has helped vaccinate thousands of local Texans. He says Abbott’s new decree is a dangerous setback.
