WASHINGTON – Even though most of us can’t wait to receive the coronavirus vaccine, many consumers still wouldn’t feel comfortable then venturing out to splurge at their favorite stores.
Nearly a quarter of American adults said they would avoid shopping at local businesses or eating at restaurants despite being vaccinated, according to a new national survey of 2,305 American adults conducted by YouGov on behalf of Bankrate . Compare that with the 76% of Americans who say they would be very or somewhat comfortable going to the mall or eating out after receiving the coronavirus vaccine.
