The world’s first 3D printed house has hit the market.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a two-car garage and made with 3D cement costs $ 299,999 in Riverhead, New York, making it a bargain compared to the average cost of homes on Long Island. The home is nestled on 0.26 acres of land and offers 1,407 square feet of living space.

“In terms of cost savings, you could save a lot of money doing this,” Kristina Partsinevelos of FOX Business told “Mornings with Maria”. “You only pay for the land and the house can be built very quickly.”
While the model home is on display in Calverton, the home for sale will be built by a 3D printing company SQ4D in Riverhead with a 3D printer and a robot. Construction is expected to begin in the spring when weather conditions are better.
