Williamsport, Pa .– Evangelical Community Hospital, Geisinger and UPMC have agreed to partner with the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) to launch a public health campaign to stop the spread of COVID-19. The campaign messages are not new, but FCFP is trying a new approach by bringing together area health organizations to speak to area residents with one voice.
As an advocate for many important causes in the region, the FCFP saw an opportunity to respond to the growing number of COVID-19 cases and associated deaths. At the invitation of FCFP President and CEO Jennifer D. Wilson, marketing and communications managers from the three healthcare organizations agreed to participate.
