Chris Webb, Contributor of 3News, introduces us to Brittany Aniton, a mom juggling distance education while keeping her screen printing business afloat
CLEVELAND – Brittany Aniton is a business owner, wife and mother whose screen printing company 3hree clothes has been on the rise.
“I entered the business because the market was really bad in 2014 and I was among so many to lose my job and become unemployed. It triggered something in me to find something I can do that no one could take away from me, ”said Aniton. “It’s, you know, something that my husband and I built and my kids can watch me work.”

That job was going well, but the pandemic threw Aniton some unexpected curves, including managing his children’s distance learning.
“It changed the dynamics of my business because normally I would come here a little earlier and have more time to work,” she says.
But even juggling motherhood and business ownership, Aniton has always found ways to innovate in these difficult times.
“Just when Covid hit and they said masks were a requirement, I got on my sewing machine and tried to find the best pattern,” she says. “A lot of people, you know, they want to look good, they don’t just want a hospital mask… they want their logo or they want it to be blinged, or you know they just want it a little bit. brightened up and that’s where I come in. “
For business owners, these times could be tough. It takes a lot to survive. And like Brittany, a mindset to rise above is half the battle.
“Carry on,” Aniton said. “Don’t let anything stop you, even a pandemic. because there is still money to be made in the event of a pandemic. Whatever your business, don’t be afraid to show off and you know, just go out with faith.
