Baldwin also credited her book “Huddle,” out now, to catapulting her decision. She told Yahoo that the time she has spent with trailblazing women and her different huddles creates a conflict of interest in making bold decisions. “I cannot hold space with them and not be the bravest version of myself,” Baldwin said.  As for what she has lined up next, the news personality said she still doesn’t know .

“I could understand from the outside why it makes no sense for me to be leaving, but it just — in my gut, I just know it’s right. I just have to go,” she said.  The 41-year-old anchor recalled her dad saying “being uncomfortable is a great thing” and she has kept those words in mind. She said that although “it’s hard to move on from something so comfortable,” she has “sacrificed” a lot of her social life and “was very alone” for a lot of her younger years.

Source “I’m not (expletive) you, I do not know what I’m doing next, but what I do know is that it is going to be something that will be deep into storytelling,” Baldwin said. “I will have ownership over how I tell the stories, how long I get to tell these stories.”
