The actor Vishal was arrested by Chennai police for creating a ruckus at the Producers Council office that had been locked by producers who opposed Vishal and had asked for his resignation.
The actor tweeted about the arrest and said he was targeted for malicious interests and that he wanted to end the Ilayaraja concert that the Producers Council planned to organize on a large scale to collect funds to help producers.
