Williamsville Soup Stroll Builds Local Businesses While Benefiting FeedMore WNY

WILLIAMSVILLE, NY (WIVB) – The Williamsville Business Association held its fourth annual Soup Walk on Saturday.

Participants tasted 17 different soups from 14 restaurants.

Erie County lawmaker Jeanne Vinyl says now is a great time to bring people back and support local businesses.

The profits went to FeedMore Western New York.

And Jacqui Berger, assistant city supervisor, says it’s important.

“People sometimes don’t realize how struggling people are and the services they need from FeedMore and local pantries.

Jacqui says it’s more beyond the simple food that people are supported with, it also goes to things like diapers and toiletries.
