ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – Creating good habits instead of bad ones takes patience, time and dedication. Previously, NEWS10’s Christina Arangio spoke with Kate Wells, a licensed social worker from HPA Livewell, on how to break bad behavior or habits.

As with breaking bad habits, the best way to make good habits is to start with small changes. It’s also important not to lose sight of the small victories made along the way to a bigger goal, Wells said.

Considering changes, like losing weight, can go a long way in keeping people on track. According to psychologist Dr Marcia Reynolds, future egos are based on past images or images of life, unless they are replaced by different images.
