Microsoft Confirmed Recently Announced FPS Boost Feature For Xbox Series X | S will not be possible with some games.
The new system rolled out last week, roughly doubling the frame rates of titles such as Watch Dogs 2, New Super Lucky’s Tale, Sniper Elite 4, Far Cry 4 and UFC 4. Speaking in the last episode from the Major Nelson podcast, Xbox Director of Program Management Jason Ronald went into more detail about the FPS Boost system, but confirmed that all game would be able to take advantage of this functionality, depending on how they were originally programmed.
