Update Firmware

  1. Put your Pixel Buds in the charging case and open the case’s lid.
  2. Open the Google Pixel Buds app on your phone.

  5. If there is an update, follow the instructions on the screen to get it. The time needed is 15 minutes.

Clear Your Phone’s Bluetooth Cache

  1. go to your Pixel phone’s Settings.

  3. Click on See All Apps.

  5. Check out Bluetooth.

Reset your Pixel Buds

  1. Use the USB Type-C cable that came with the case to connect it to a power source.

  3. For about 30 seconds, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case.
  4. When the light on the earbuds stops blinking, you can let go of the pairing button.
