Buy Logitech 4K Pro in just $149.99 at Best Buy

The 4K Pro camera from Logitech demonstrates how far webcams have advanced. The 4K Pro is the first 4K webcam available on a wide scale. Additionally, it has a tonne of extra capabilities that far exceed the requirements of the majority of users and generate stunning videos. Although Skype and Messenger users might not, tech aficionados and professional streamers will find the 4K Pro affordable.

The Logitech 4K Pro supports streaming in 4K Ultra HD up to 4096 x 2160 pixels at 30 frames per second. Additionally, it broadcasts 720p HD at 30, 60, and 90 FPS as well as 1080p Full HD at either 30 or 60 FPS. This selection of settings is necessary because the 4K Pro’s 4K capabilities cannot be used without a display that supports 4K Ultra HD. The video is further improved with Logitech’s RightLight 3 with HDR, which enables streaming in a variety of lighting conditions, from bright sunlight to low light.

With connectivity for USB 2.0 Type A and USB 3.0 Type A and C, it also provides plug-and-play capabilities. It features the best default webcam settings we’ve ever seen. The Logitech Camera Settings app must be downloaded from the Logitech website in order to get the most out of the 4K Pro, though.

The app provides access to all the camera features of the 4K Pro, including the option to calibrate brightness, contrast, and white balance as well as pan and 5x digital zoom in Full HD. Additionally, it allows you to switch the field of view (FOV) from 90 degrees to 78 or 65 degrees and between regular and widescreen displays.

All those features are accommodated by the 4K Pro’s compact design. The size is only 4 x 1.1 x 1.1 inches. It weighs only two ounces and is also lightweight thanks to its aluminium housing. The 4K Pro has a straightforward design with the 4K lens in the middle and two omnidirectional noise-cancelling microphones on either side.

The device is attached to a flexible, rubber-coated arm that clips onto the top of a laptop or flat-screen display. The camera may be turned and twisted for increased customizability thanks to the rubber arm. Because they are composed of strong plastic and are secured tightly against your screen by their construction, Logitech webcams typically have some of the best clips in the industry.

The arm on the 4K Pro requires some getting used to and, if you’re not careful, it could wobble or even fall off. A square plastic piece that folds out from the bottom of the stand is visible when the 4K Pro’s arm is detached, allowing the camera to rest freely on any flat surface. The camera can also be mounted on a tripod by removing the support.
