  2. Click on Allow an app or function through Windows Defender Firewall in the window that comes up.
  3. Once you click on Change settings, you can add or remove apps. It will show a list of functions and apps that can connect to and from the device.
  4. Scroll all the way down and look for the Private and Public columns in the Remote Desktop box.
  5. To use the changes, click OK.
