How to Sync Xiaomi Mi Band With Samsung Health

  • To connect Mi Fit with Google Fit, go to Mi Fit app and tap Profiles > Add Accounts. Select Google Fit.
  • Open Google Fit and sign in with the same account you used in Mi Fit. Enter the other details to set up your account.
  • Now it’s time to set up Health Sync. This app offers two-way sync – Google Fit to Samsung Health and Samsung Health to Google Fit. In our case we use the former.
  • To set up Health Sync, enter your Google details and grant all relevant permissions. Since it will act as a middleman, you’ll need to grant quite a few read and write permissions. Check the appropriate boxes and then open the Samsung Health app.
  • In the Samsung Health app, tap the Steps card, which opens a new window. Tap the All Steps button and select Health Sync from the list.
  • Samsung Health shows your step count. Initially, it may take a few hours for the number to appear.
