Roll Back the NVIDIA Driver
If you install a new NVIDIA driver and then get the “Access denied” error, you might be able to fix it by rolling back the driver to a previous version. Even if the Roll Back button is grayed out, you might still be able to use the System Restore tool to go back to a previous NVIDIA graphics driver. Start or Restart the NVIDIA Display Container Service
- Click the Type here to search button or the Search box on the taskbar to access the Windows file finder tool.
- Input services inside the file search utility.
- Select Services to launch that app.

- Click on the Startup type menu and select Automatic from there.

Update your NVIDIA graphics driver
- First, press Win+R to open Run and enter devmgmt.msc in it to open the Device Manager app.

- In the next prompt, choose the Search automatically for drivers option and then follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

End NVIDIA Display Container Process
The nvdisplay.container.exe program is one of the known reasons why the CPU is being used so much. If you open Task Manager and sort the processes by how much CPU they use, you’ll see that this app is hard on the computer.
