Save up to $30 with Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro at Best Buy

Consider the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro your next earbuds because of the excellent active noise cancellation (ANC) of low frequencies and comfortable fit. For Samsung users, integration with devices is practical and useful for productivity. We would have liked Samsung to give listeners more leeway regarding sound control and customization, but limitations are expected. The earbuds perform best when paired with a Samsung phone, while owners of non-Samsung Android phones are penalized by fewer codec options.

Android phone owners who have agreed to forgo features such as 360 Audio and Wireless PowerShare will love the Buds 2 Pro. Samsung is introducing its latest flagship true wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, with a series of incremental updates and improvements. This is all well and good, but the A-series features come with an A-series price tag. We spent more than a week with the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro to determine whether current Galaxy Buds Pro owners should upgrade and, put, whether the Buds 2 Pro is worth it.

The earbud case is square, and unlike previous versions, the exterior color matches the inner shade. There are three color options: purple Bora, black, and white, and we got the third, which looks stylish though not particularly impressive. The case and the earbuds feel lighter in hand; the numbers don’t lie. The slots for the individual earbuds are a bit rotated, but there are strong magnets that take care of aligning them.

There are two pogo pins for each bud in its nest. Overall, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro has a similar design to last year’s Buds Pro, but there are some notable changes. First, this new model is 15 percent smaller than the 2021 version, which means they fit better in the ear and are more comfortable for long periods of time. In addition, Samsung has added a vent inside each earbud to relieve pressure. Of course, due to the small size, the earbuds fit well in the ear, leaving very little space at the side of the head.
