We sent an email to customer support about how it integrates, and we got an automated answer from Freshsales saying that a new account had been set up for us in the Freshdesk Portal. The reply said that we would need to turn on our account and use the help portal in order to see and reply to our email. Freshsales gave me a link to sign up and start using my account.
